Olson’s Meats & Smokehouse located in Enumclaw, Washington was started by Greg and Marcia Olson in April 2002. A local family-owned and operated full-service, old-fashioned Butcher shop. It is currently operated by them and their family and has become well known in the Pacific Northwest for the Olson recipes. We are proud to offer our award-winning sausages, jerky, and our famous double-smoked ham and bacon. All of the smoked meats are processed at Olson’s Meats in our sausage kitchen and smoked in our old-fashioned smokehouse. Buying and mixing our own spices is one of the secrets to being the best. As well as smoked meats our fresh meat for the meat counter is selected from local distributors supplying certified Angus, certified Herford, and naturally fed beef, pork, and lamb. We will gladly cut any portion. We experience customers coming back year after year from all over the country just to buy Olson’s Meats smoked and fresh products.
